Meeting Assistant
Customized Meeting Assistant is a digital assistant interface for online meetings and remote work. The interface combines deep learning, natural language processing and big data analysis. Each employee can customize the appearance of a personal assistant. The assistant offers dialogue, regular care, available time queries, meeting minutes and work follow-up. Speech recognition and semantic comprehension help the assistant convey emotion and act on its own initiative. The aim is to improve communication and efficiency during remote work.
Meeting Assistant Interface by Baidu Online Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd was selected as an outstanding example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Meeting Assistant Interface was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2022. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition which rewards outstanding design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
