Royal One
Royal One is a private club house designed for an owner who collects wine and hosts family and friends. The interior spans four floors above ground and one below, with a wine cellar, a restaurant, an underground barbecue room, a billiards room, an audio-visual room and bedrooms. Spaces are arranged around a circular hall, a form that reflects the idea of harmony. In the dining area, aluminium panels form overlapping circles of different sizes. A water droplet installation hangs above the centre of the hall, made of reflective material with built-in LED lighting.
Royal One Private Club House by Kris Lin was identified as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Royal One Private Club House was awarded the Platinum A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
